Step One
Attend and achieve proficiency in all six face-to-face Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ (EMK) courses.
Kineasy Intro Course
This two day course is a fantastic introduction into the wonderful world of Kinesiology and muscle reflex testing and enables anyone to learn this amazing art and healing tool for themselves, family, friends or perhaps to one day become a Kinesiologist. You will learn the fundamentals of kinesiology in a hands-on practical environment with a simple and easy to understand kinesiology setup and muscle testing process. Be inspired to tap into your body and your body’s needs when you learn self-testing. You will also facilitate your first mini kinesiology balance with lots of fun natural healing remedies.
Mastery of the Five Elements
Core Essence and Character
This two day self-discovery, eye-opening, fun and empowering course encompasses Traditional Chinese Medicine in a practical, effective and heart-loving way. You will thrive as you tap into all the Elements and gain a true understanding of Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood in the universe around you, the body within you, your mind and thoughts, character and how you look and see things plus all your interesting personality traits. Acupressure Points plus heaps of natural remedies are used to shift energy around the Five Elements to gain optimal balance in the body.
Meridian Rivers of Chi Kinesiology
This 4 day fascinating course provides deep knowledge of meridians, including their function and relationship with the organs, emotional attributes, physical relevance and metaphors. Awareness of the emotional connection to the meridians is discovered and an imperative part of the journey. You will feel Chi move through your fingers as you learn many different ways to work with acupressure points on the body. The Eight Extraordinary meridians form a significant part. A truly heartfelt, passionate & enlivening course in a bubble of Chi!
Chakra Healing Kinesiology
In this two day course you will learn the 7 chakras in depth including their location, colour, element, identity, purpose, rights, shadow, sound, qualities, life issues and emotional/physical/spiritual properties of a balanced and imbalanced chakra. Remedies including essential oils, crystals, sound, colour, flower essences, nutrition, affirmations, pendulum, etc. will be studied and used in conjunction with muscle testing to clear the chakras.
Transpersonal Chakra Kinesiology
This two day soul retrieval course enlightens your path as we explore the six Transpersonal Chakras – Earth Star, Causal, Soul Star, Stellar Gateway, Universal and Divine Gateway – that connect you from the deepest roots and core of the Earth and your genetics, DNA and ancestors through to your Soul energy, blueprint, universal connection and the highest Divine source possible. Aura Balancing Kinesiology
This two day enlightening and captivating course provides complete knowledge of the 7 aura layers including their appearance, purpose, connection, attributes, qualities and emotions and how auras effect everything in our life. Step Two
Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program online face-to-face modules facilitated by Denise Robinson at By The Bay Kinesiology.
Prerequisite: To be eligible to enrol in this program, students must be enrolled and have either attended or be scheduled to attend the following courses PRIOR to the commencement of this certification program: Kineasy Intro Course, Mastery of the Five Elements Core Essence and Character Course, Chakra Healing Kinesiology and one other of the Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Courses (ie. Meridian Rivers of Chi Kinesiology, Transpersonal Chakra Kinesiology or Aura Balancing Kinesiology)
to be eligible to enrol in the EMK Practitioner Certification Training Program.
Training is online via Live Zoom Video Conf. with Denise Robinson: 25 hours (Evenings or School Hours).
Please note: As long as you are enrolled and are scheduled to attend the above listed courses with your Instructor prior to the start date you are able to enrol in the online EMK Practitioner Certification Training Program.

Successfully complete the Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program and become a Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner and a Certified Mind, Body, Soul Wellbeing Workshop Facilitator.
Eligible to APPLY to be part of the Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Instructor Training program.
Note: Competency must be achieved in all six Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Courses in order to become a Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner. These can be completely simultaneously with the Practitioner Certification Training Program.
Step Three
Certification
Upon competent completion of:
- All SIX Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Courses (198 hours) and
- Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program (80 hours)
You will be presented with the following:
- A Certificate as a ‘Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner’ for the full course and program hours of 278 hours and be eligible to become a member of the IICT as an EMK Practitioner and obtain insurance to practice Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology.
- A Certificate as a ‘Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Mind, Body, Soul Wellbeing Workshop Facilitator’ and you will be able to facilitate the following eight x 3-hour Mind, Body, Soul Wellbeing Workshops:
- Abundance Wellbeing Workshop
- Balance and Flow Wellbeing Workshop
- Crystal Clear Head Wellbeing Workshop
- Heart Connection Wellbeing Workshop
- Mind-Body Energy Wellbeing Workshop
- Mind Chill Wellbeing Workshop
- Switch Off and Sleep Wellbeing Workshop
- Uplift Your Soul Wellbeing Workshop

Additional Requirements
- Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance to practice kinesiology and facilitate the Mind, Body, Soul Wellbeing Workshops (available through our recommended insurance provider).
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate.
- A signed ‘By The Bay Kinesiology’ (BTBK) Practitioner Agreement for the term of two years.
- Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements every two (2) years as specified in the Practitioner Agreement to be maintained as an active and Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner and a Mind, Body, Soul Wellbeing Workshop Facilitator.
*Active: refers to recertifying every two year period. Failure to recertify in the allocated renewal period means you become ‘inactive’ on our system.

International Institute for Complementary Therapists
The EMK Modality is a Premier Training Provider and recognised with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) under ‘Specialised Kinesiology’. This allows our EMK Practitioners to obtain affordable membership and insurance with IICT.
Maintaining your EMK Practitioner Certification
EMK Practitioners must complete the EMK Practitioner Recertification every two years to maintain their status as an ACTIVE EMK Practitioner.
This recertification process entails booking a 2-hour Recertification session with a Certified EMK Assessor, for a flat fee of $300,
payable to your instructor.
This recertification session includes:
- You, as the Practitioner, delivering a 60-minute EMK Session to demonstrate competency as an EMK Practitioner.
- Receiving 60 minutes of mentoring to enhance EMK skills, expand knowledge, and address any EMK session or business queries.
This session can be scheduled within the three months prior to your recertification date and will be repeated every two years, aligning with your practitioner's certification date on your certificate, to maintain an active practitioner status.
Your recertification sessions with Linda Allen can be face-to-face or online.
The By The Bay Kinesiology® office will be in contact with you via email when you are due for recertification. Once complete, an administration/processing fee of $66 will apply which includes a new electronic certificate being issued.
